It’s easy to get swept up in the rush of being funny, clever, or “on fire” in a scene—our egos love the spotlight! But today, we're turning that spotlight outward. This workshop is all about letting go of the “look at me!” and diving into the joy of “look at them!”.

When we shift our focus to uplifting each other's ideas and offers, something magical happens: scenes come alive, partnerships thrive, and the whole room shines brighter. Supporting the hell out of one another isn’t just nice—it’s the secret sauce of great improv. If everyone’s got each other’s back, no ego goes hungry.
