KEEPING IT SAFE AND FUN FOR EVERYONE
At easylaughs, we value fun, creativity and connection, and that only works when everyone feels respected and safe. If something happens during a course, workshop, or show that causes concern or discomfort, we encourage you to reach out to our GRIEVANCES TEAM DIRECTLY.
We take these matters seriously and will respond with care, confidentiality and timeliness. If you’re unsure how to move forward or how to describe your experience, our HOW WE PLAY page may offer helpful guidance.

We work with an EXTERNAL TRUSTEE, who works independently and confidentially and offers support for matters better dealt with outside the scope of the easylaughs organisation. More information about the trustee will be added to this webpage shortly.​​
When contacting us about a grievance, please include the following information:

Name(s) of those involved

What kind of action or resolution you’re hoping for
