Grievances

We want members of our community to always feel safe and included. If a situation occurs in one of our courses, workshops or at a show,  and you don’t feel safe, please contact us so that we can help.

 

We will deal with this in a respectful, timely and confidential manner.

These matters can be complex. If you feel unsure about your situation, please read our Rules of Engagement and contact us. We would like to hear from you in any case.

To report a grievance, please send an email to grievances@easylaughs.nl

In your email, these are a few things we ask you to share with us:

  • Your name (this will always remain confidential)

  • Where the grievance happened (class, show, workshop)

  • Brief description of what happened

  • Name(s) of the person involved

  • The course of action you would like taken


We can arrange a face-to-face meeting or a talk by phone, whichever you prefer.
