WORKSHOP - Laser Focus

In life, we’re rarely fully present. Our minds wander to old arguments, future crushes, to-do lists, and parallel universes. Most of our “todays” are cluttered with yesterdays and tomorrows. (DEEP, we know.)

But improv? Improv thrives in the present. When we’re truly tuned into our bodies, our scene partners, and the moment in front of us, everything clicks. That’s when the magic happens.

In this workshop, we’ll spend two fun, grounded hours practicing what it means to be fully here, now—on stage and in life. Expect games, connection, presence, and lots of laughs!
