Presence Practice© is a methodology designed to hold you in the present moment and expand consciousness. Combining improv and acting techniques with metaphysical modalities, Presence Practice© clears away anything standing between you and the present moment. This workshop is perfect for improvisers, actors, artists, yogis, human BEings, or anyone interested in cultivating a personal path to presence. All are welcome.

Each workshop combines kriya yoga, meditation, subtle body activations, and breathing techniques to remove emotional blocks, and then progresses to improv and acting exercises and deeply present scene work. You will experience the difference between presence and everything else, you will establish your own path to presence, and you will experience holding presence in a group environment.
