A joyful workshop that plays on the joke question asked by so many improvisers; “What’s the secret of improv?” or the joke statement made by tutors when someone has just arrived late and missed something; “And that’s the secret of improv”. Of course, there’s no one secret, and different ideas connect with different improvisers to help them become the best they can be. This workshop is simply a list of the exercises that Nick Byrne thinks are the most awesome examples of great improvisation that he has collected or developed over the years. They are exercises that encapsulate the most valuable concepts, and allow themselves to be achieved effortlessly and joyfully.
