WORKSHOP - You’ve Got the Music in You

Want to enrich your scenes with rhythms, soundscapes, and even songs? 

We're a lot more musical than we think. Just by knowing the basic building blocks of music, we can create impressive improvised music that will wow and delight audiences. 

We can "yes, and" in music, just like we do in improv, by listening and building as a team. So let’s bring out the music in each other. Come explore the joys of creating music together, in this fun workshop for improvisers of all levels.  

How lucky are you!!?! This workshop is accompanied by London-based compser David Rees!! David is a pianist and composer who loves playing for improvised theatre.  He has played at shows and festivals around the UK and beyond with groups including Multiverse, Music Box, Bumper Blyton and Yes Queens.  He studied music at Cambridge University and now lives and works in London, UK.

Our Sunday workshops are open to all levels of experience: those that have never tried improv, those that have just started, those that have been around the improv block a few times and everything in between!
