When you sign-up for a course, you get free entry to our Friday shows and our Sunday workshops. That's a savings of €25 per week! The earlier you sign-up, the earlier you save! **Please note: this course requires a minimum of 6 participants before this class can start. If we do not have enough sign-ups a week before class starts, we will cancel and issue a full refund. ** Ok, you’ve swallowed the red pill. You’ve tried improv for the first time and discovered a whole new world where play, trust, and creative collaboration are key. You learned to let go and support each other’s ideas. You plugged into the present moment and you want MORE. In B.2 - More Basics we will strengthen the yes-and force within us. We’ll get some reps in and train what we’ve learned in B.1 - Basics (or equivalent) to get a better understanding of our improv games and scenes. There will be an urge to expect certain results from our improv, now that we know how much we don’t know. We’ll help you resist that urge and help you stay brand new, so your improv can be free to roam! In this class we will: - challenge ourselves by keeping that beginner’s mind - nurture the team vibe that helps the group create something from nothing - learn how to be more confident and own our space - trust the team will get to the funny together - uncover the mechanics behind improv games - understand how body language, gestures, and tone are key to communicating - practice vocal techniques for better projection and pronunciation - amaze the audience at our graduation show on Oct. 21, 2022!! COVID-19 Restrictions: In case of a future lockdown, if necessary, this course will go online.
